Hi I’m Jon
I’m a Los Altos / Palo Alto native who’s traveled far, but came back here because this is just HOME.
At the age of 20 a fine German friend and mentor gave me an opportunity of a lifetime. He offered me an education in the field of automotive.
A month later I moved to Germany and began a true German apprenticeship at a Mercedes dealer. After 6 years I had achieved German  Meister status as a Mercedes Benz technician. 3 of those years spent at the Mercedes Benz factory Stuttgart in a custom training program.
I returned home and began a 25 year long employ at a local Mercedes dealer.
Needing to make a change, I ventured out on my own as Mobile Mercedes Doctor, bringing the service to the customer.
The business grew and my son Timothy and I opened our shop in Mountain View CA in 2014.
Besides my passion for Mercedes, I’m an avid fisherman and nature explorer
